About Me
I Simply "Get It"
I'm Andrew Junco — father, husband, former collegiate athlete, and fitness professional with 9 years of experience helping people break free from feeling trapped in their bodies and unlock their fullest potential.
My Story
I've been an athlete my whole life, and when it came time to build a career, I knew I wanted to stay in the world of training. In my final year of college — where I competed in the Hammer Throw and studied Exercise Science — I had the opportunity to intern for both a physical therapist and a gym owner. Those experiences led me to Life Time Fitness, where I launched my career as a fitness professional.
Over the years, I've worked with clients across a wide range of goals: weight loss, building muscle, and training for events like marathons, powerlifting meets, HYROX, football, soccer, rowing, and more. I also grew into a leadership role as an Assistant Personal Training Manager, mentoring other coaches to become better at their craft.
Who I Work With
I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck — those who know they have more in them and are ready to do something about it. Whether you're coming back from a setback, chasing a performance goal, or just want to feel like yourself again, I'm here to help you find the path forward.
My Approach
I believe in meeting people where they are. While I have my preferred systems and exercise selections for specific results, I always look at the individual in front of me first. No cookie-cutter programs. No one-size-fits-all solutions.
What sets me apart? I'm relatable. I'm a new dad, a former athlete who still plays recreationally, someone who has navigated family medical history and the everyday stressors of life — just like you. I don't just coach from a textbook. I coach from experience.
